The first press shots of the upcoming Fujitsu Android phone have leaked.

We knew that Fujitsu was among the Japanese manufacturers planning to return to the global market with a new series of Android handsets, and today we learned that the company is going to show at least one new smartphone at the Mobile World Congress. And if the specifications that have leaked will be confirmed, this is going to be among the most appealing devices of the upcoming event.

The new Fujitsu Arrow smartphone specifications should be:

• 1.5GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor
• 4.6-inch display
• 13.1Mpx camera
• Water-resistant and dust-resistant
• Fingerprint sensor
• LTE
• NFC
• Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
• “Solid battery life”, according to Fujitsu
