The new Taiwanese devices running Mango are soon going to be unveiled.
We had already anticipated it, and now the news is propagating around the blogosphere: during the September 1st event HTC is not going to unveil new Android phones, nor the awaited 10″ tablet, but rather its forthcoming Windows Phones running the new Mango OS. And among the names leaked in the past month, the new devices to be launched should be the HTC Eternity and HTC Omega.
Both devices should run on a dual-core 1.5GHz MSM8260 Qualcomm processor with Adreno 220 graphics, and have an 8Mpx wide-angle camera with flash, DLNA and microHDMI port. The Omega is expected to have a 3.7 or 3.8-inch SLCD display while the Eternity should spot a 4.5 or 4.7-inch AMOLED display.
With the growth expected for the Windows Phone platform during 2012, are you looking forward to these terminals?
